Rates and Insurance
Fees
Our fees vary depending on the type of service and clinician. To help you better understand costs, we encourage you to reach out to us regarding the specific services you're interested in, and we’ll provide an estimate tailored to your needs. Please note that we may be considered out-of-network providers by some insurance companies. However, many PPO plans reimburse a portion of our fees, and we are happy to provide the necessary documentation to assist with reimbursement. Therapy sessions are typically based on a 45-55 minute time slot.
Insurance
We accept most major insurance carriers, including Cigna, Aetna, Tricare, and all PPO plans. Your health insurance may cover services in full or in part. To better understand your benefits, we recommend contacting your insurance provider with the following questions:
Is Dr. Wutzke covered by my behavioral health plan?
What is my yearly deductible, and has it been met for this year?
How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?
What portion of each therapy session is covered by my insurance?
What is my co-payment for each session?
Is prior authorization required before my first therapy session?
Payment
Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you notify Dr. Wutzke of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. If you miss your appointment or fail to notify us within this timeframe, you will be required to pay the full cost of the missed session. Please note that insurance does not cover missed or late cancelled sessions.
