Meet Chase Krueger

Chase is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s complexities with curiosity, self-compassion, and deeper understanding. She believes that healing and growth come from exploring both our inner world and the relationships we build with others.

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Spiritual Depth Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, Chase brings a unique and integrative approach to therapy. She works with adults, teenagers, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, spirituality, attachment wounds, codependency, and relationship dynamics.

As an integrative therapist, Chase draws from a diverse range of psychological orientations, including Spiritual Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She approaches each client with warmth, acceptance, and a trauma-informed lens—creating a collaborative space where healing and self-discovery can unfold.

Beyond the Therapy Room

Chase is deeply committed to self-awareness, resilience, and cultivating a balanced life. She believes in integrating personal growth with the exploration of life’s bigger questions, whether through mindfulness, spiritual practices, or finding joy in the simple moments. Outside of her work, she enjoys engaging with new ideas, nurturing her creativity, and spending quality time with loved ones, always seeking opportunities to grow both personally and within her community.
